Electricity charges are not inclusive a check meter is installed and a charge of 20p. per unit applies. Bed linen pillowcases and towels are not provided but can be supplied for a small charge.

A deposit of one third of the total rental is required to secure provisional booking. Your reservation will then be confirmed by post. (Cheques to be made payable to J.C. Richards). The final payment to be received fourteen days before your holiday commences otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

Arrival time is between 15.00hrs and 17.00hrs on Friday.
Departure time is strictly 10.00hrs on changeover day – Friday
